We are closed for holiday from Friday 26th May 2017 until Monday 5th June 2017.

If you place your order after Friday 26th May 2017 it will not be dispatched until Monday 5th June 2017.

Any enquiries will also be responded to on our return on Monday 5th June 2017.

Ordering

Orders need to be completed online and paid through the check out service on the site. As with all personalised products, you need to be sure that the personalised information is accurate as we will produce what you have ordered. Once ordered, you will receive a confirmation of your order. 

Deliveries

Posted first class - usually within 5-7 days. Please allow up to 10 days to receive your frame. We will send your frame by first class post to mainland UK and overseas orders will be sent by standard parcel post.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your frame. All our frames are carefuly packaged with corner protectors and bubble-wrapped to prevent damage.Very occasionally a frame or glass maybe damaged in transit, in which case we will ask you to return the damaged frame, complete with artwork, and we will send you a replacement.
