We are closed for holiday from Friday 26th May 2017 until Monday 5th June 2017.

If you place your order after Friday 26th May 2017 it will not be dispatched until Monday 5th June 2017.

Any enquiries will also be responded to on our return on Monday 5th June 2017.

If you have a question about any product in particular, please note the product name and include this on the enquiry form below, this way our support team will be able to assist you more promptly.  We will normally respond within 24 hours to your enquiry, please do check your spam/junk mail folder if you cannot find our response. 

Where is my confirmation email?

A confirmation email will be sent directly to you after you submit your order, however on some occasions it may go to your spam/junk mail folder so please do check there if you have not received your confirmation. 

Where's my order?

We will normally post your frame in 5-7 working days, but please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us. 

Frames are posted first class - usually within 5-7 days. Please allow up to 10 days to receive your frame. We will send your frame by first class post to mainland UK and overseas orders will be sent by standard parcel post.
